You're bidding on a brand new Department 56 Bumpus House, from The Christmas Story Collection. The house itself is in mint condition and has never been displayed. This sale includes the box, but as you can see in the pictures, the box is slightly bent on the front, top. This item comes from a smoke free home. This is the perfect addition to your Christmas Story village and has great detail, including a sniffing dog in the front yard, Christmas lights hanging, and dog houses surrounding the home.
