Here's the thing . . . the fourth buoy on the front of the lighthouse is gone from the ring which is still attached to the horizontal rope. Don't know how that happened and can't find it either. Then I noticed one of the spindles breaking from the very top bannister. While inspecting it, I managed to knock it off. While showing the broken spindle to my son, he checked to see if it could be repaired and managed to break the whole section of bannister. See new 3rd and 4th photos. I guess at this point all I can do is laugh. Can anyone use the piece for parts? Or maybe it's one of those older lighthouses that has lots of character and needs lots of renovations:I.
